By visiting this site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Products
We sell digital, educational products for people building or running a massage therapy business, including downloadable guides and pre-recorded online courses. All products are delivered digitally. Nothing on this site is a substitute for formal massage therapy training, licensing, or certification required in your country, state, province, or region.
Our guides and courses are for educational and informational purposes only, based on general business principles and real-world experience. Laws, licensing requirements, scope-of-practice rules, business registration requirements, insurance obligations, tax regulations, health authority rules, data privacy laws, and advertising standards vary by location, and you are responsible for confirming what applies to you before acting on anything in our products. We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice.
2. Purchases & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details on our servers. Where a specific product page states a satisfaction guarantee or refund window, that product-specific guarantee applies. Outside of a stated guarantee, all sales of digital products are final, since the product is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” once accessed.
3. License to Use Our Products
When you purchase a digital guide or course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or post the product or your download link, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and within our products — including text, guides, videos, graphics, and branding — is owned by Flyabluekite Digital LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
