About Me
My interest in massage started when I was a teenager. I remember going to a spa and having my first massage experience at a "brand name" hotel in Barbados in the 1990's. I used what money I saved from vacation jobs to do this and I remember how I felt after. Simply, like I'd never felt before, so calm, so light. From there, I would go back about twice a year to experience that feeling.
Many years later, I had a few friends that I wanted to share that experience with, that feeling that I got when I had a massage and decided to find out how to actually perform one myself. First, it was any book I could find, then I talked to massage therapists and teachers who could guide me, then I started trying these things out on my friends…
Fast forward a few months and my interest got more intense. Now it was time for massage school and formal training. I got my ITEC certification in Holistic massage in 2009 and have been a continual student and practitioner of massage therapy in its many modes ever since then. I started my professional spa journey the same year I graduated and now cater to a wide range of clients and also have taught many how to give more effective massages.
My hope is that I can provide you with the tools and knowledge to empower you to give excellent massages to your friends and family, those important people in your life, that you care about.

Body Connect - Online Only
Learn to give that sensational feeling to your friends and loved ones by learning how to give a relaxing massage with our online course. Pre-recorded video lessons. Learn when you have the time and benefit from actually seeing how to massage different body parts, eg hands, feet, legs.
Body Connect - Online Only - with Online Feedback
The same as Body Connect – Online BUT where you get feedback on how you are progressing. After you go through the pre-recorded video lessons you record videos of you giving a massage and submit that for feedback.
Body Connect - In Person (Barbados)
This is the fully in-person version. A small group class. You get live demonstrations of massage techniques, where you can ask questions and get hands on guidance as you get the chance to put into practice what you are learning. Note this version of the course is only for persons that are going to be on island in Barbados.
