The Solo Therapist is a brand operated by Flyabluekite Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.   • Newsletter sign-up — after a purchase, or when you request a free guide, you may opt in to receive periodic emails from us with tips on marketing and growing a massage therapy business. This is optional and separate from your purchase. We use MailerLite to manage this list.
  • Automatically collected information— such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring website, collected through Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel.
  • Cookies — small files stored on your device that support analytics, remember your preferences, and measure the performance of our advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver the digital products, guides, and courses you purchase or request.
  • To respond to questions you send us by email.
  • To send you information related to your purchase, and, where you have opted in, periodic tips on massage business marketing and growth. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link included in those emails.

  • MailerLite — email delivery. If you opt in to our tips newsletter or request a free guide, your name and email address are sent to MailerLite so they can deliver those emails on our behalf.
  • Google Analytics — website traffic and usage analytics, collected automatically through a tracking script running on this site.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — advertising measurement, collected automatically through a tracking script running on this site.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

4. Cookies & Your Choices

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site function. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising through your Google and Meta account settings.

5. Data Retention & Security

We retain the information described above for as long as needed to provide our products and services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.

  • Processing all payments through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our products and this website are intended for adults operating or starting a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16.
